Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. If you do not give us 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment WE WILL CHARGE YOU. You will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount!!! NO SHOW client's will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Voucher client's will be charged 100% of The Reserved service amount from voucher. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
