Introduction to Training

To familiarize participants with basic facial care techniques and learn how to perform the "Basic Facial" treatment.

Training Objectives

  • To familiarize participants with basic facial care techniques and learn how to perform the "Basic Facial" treatment.

  • Duration: 5 hours

  • Target group: Beginners interested in facial skin care.

Training Agenda

1. Theoretical Introduction

Anatomy and physiology of the skin:

  • Skin structure

  • Skin types and their characteristics

Basic hygiene rules:

  • Preparing the workstation

  • Disinfection of tools and hands

2. Products and Tools (30 minutes)

Care product overview:

  • Makeup removers

  • Tonics, scrubs, masks

  • Moisturizing and protective creams

Tools used during treatments:

  • Brushes, sponges, towels

3. Practical Demonstration of the Procedure

Step 1: Makeup removal and skin cleansing:

  • Makeup removal techniques

  • Types of cleaning agents

Step 2: Facial scrub:

  • Different types of peelings

  • Application techniques

Step 3: Mask:

  • Choosing a mask for your skin type

  • Method of application and duration of action

Step 4: Moisturize and protect:

  • Choosing a moisturizer

  • Massage techniques

4. Practical Exercises

Performing the basic procedure by participants:

  • Working in pairs

  • Consultation with a trainer

5. Question and Answer Session Troubleshooting:

  • Individual questions from participants

  • Tips and practical advice
