Cancellation Policy
At Ritual Kobido beauty we value our appointments.They are specifically reserved for you. We understand that appointment changes are sometimes necessary; therefore, we kindly request that you give us at least 72 hours notice for cancellations. ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A STRICT 72-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. Please keep in mind that if you miss your appointment or cancel it without giving us enough notice, we will be unable to reschedule it and clients on our waitlist will be unable to book their required treatments. Because we know how easy it is to forget about an appointment booked months ago, we always send you an appointment reminder via text message. Cancellation fees apply because the services are reserved exclusively for you. WE WILL CHARGE YOU IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 72 HOURS. The customer must then cancel the appointment within four hours from booking. Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the cost of the treatment.
